EXCHANGE WINDOW

YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE:

  • THE PRODUCT MUST BE UNWORN, UNUSED, AND UNWASHED
  • ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST BE INTACT
  • PRODUCT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
  • INVOICE OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED

EXCHANGES ARE MAIL-IN ONLY.
REVERSE PICKUP IS SUBJECT TO SERVICE AVAILABILITY IN YOUR PINCODE.
IF REVERSE PICKUP IS NOT AVAILABLE, YOU MUST SELF-SHIP THE PRODUCT TO OUR WAREHOUSE.


HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE, EMAIL FIRSTWEFLEX@GMAIL.COM WITH:

  • A FULL UNBOXING VIDEO
  • CLEAR PHOTOS/VIDEOS OF THE ISSUE (IF ANY)
  • YOUR ORDER ID AND CONTACT DETAILS

ONCE WE REVIEW YOUR REQUEST, WE WILL INFORM YOU IF THE EXCHANGE IS APPROVED OR REJECTED. IF APPROVED, YOU WILL RECEIVE THE WAREHOUSE ADDRESS AND SHIPPING GUIDELINES.


PROCESSING TIME

AFTER THE PRODUCT REACHES OUR WAREHOUSE, IT WILL UNDERGO A QUALITY CHECK (QC). IF QC IS PASSED, YOUR EXCHANGE ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED.

PLEASE ALLOW 7–10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE ENTIRE EXCHANGE PROCESS TO BE COMPLETED.

IF THE SAME SIZE OR PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE, YOU WILL RECEIVE:
(A) AN EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT OF EQUAL VALUE, OR
(B) A STORE CREDIT VALID FOR 6 MONTHS

STORE CREDIT CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH OR TRANSFERRED.


WHAT QUALIFIES FOR EXCHANGE

YOU CAN REQUEST AN EXCHANGE IF:
(A) THE PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT
(B) A WRONG PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED
(C) THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
(D) PARTS OR ACCESSORIES ARE MISSING

THE PRODUCT MUST SATISFY ALL OF THESE CONDITIONS:

  1. UNUSED, UNWORN, AND UNWASHED
  2. PACKAGING INTACT
  3. NO PERFUME, ODOUR, STAINS, OR SIGNS OF USE
  4. PURCHASE MATCHES THE ORDER RECORDS
  5. PRODUCT IS NOT ALTERED IN ANY FORM
  6. FULL SET RETURNED (IF PURCHASED AS A SET)
  7. PRODUCT IS IN SALEABLE CONDITION

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY EXCHANGE REQUEST THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

THE COST OF SENDING THE PRODUCT BACK TO US IS BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE. IF THE EXCHANGE IS APPROVED, THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. PLEASE ENSURE THE PRODUCT IS PACKED SECURELY TO PREVENT DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, YOU MUST INFORM US WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY AND PROVIDE:

  • UNBOXING VIDEO
  • CLEAR IMAGES OF THE ISSUE
  • ORDER ID

THE EXCHANGE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED IF:

  • PACKAGING IS MISSING
  • THE ITEM SHOWS SIGNS OF WEAR OR USE
  • INVOICE IS NOT PROVIDED

SALE / CLEARANCE POLICY

ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING ANY SALE, PROMOTION, DISCOUNT EVENT, OR CLEARANCE ARE FINAL SALE.
